Stipetto was founded in Sicily, at the heart of the Braccialieri Resort, with the aim of offering traditional, handcrafted Sicilian specialities.
In the heart of Braccialieri’s 1883 Palmento, we have rediscovered something that goes beyond a mere object: the Grandmother’s Stipetto. A small domestic treasure chest where, in Sicilian homes, the true treasures of everyday life were kept.
Not gold or jewels, but what really mattered: preserves prepared with care, jams made from fruit picked at just the right time, pickles, natural juices, authentic pasta and, above all, olive oil, a profound symbol of our land.
